Pass Numérique : Nantes Université helps you acquire a computer or a tablet

Nantes Université is continuing its support with the Pass Numérique so that every student can connect and work remotely with the tools, software, and platforms installed on the University's infrastructure.
In a context of inequalities in accessing digital resources, Nantes Université is committed to supporting its students. The Pass Numérique is intended for students enrolled in a Nantes Université program who have financial difficulties in acquiring digital tools. Subject to certain conditions (see below), students may be eligible for an assistance of €200 for non-grant holders and €300 for grant holders, to cover the expenses of purchasing computer equipment.
Aid can only be granted once per student's cursus (academic program) at the University.

For former grant holders (2022/2023): the grant notification for 2022/2023 and the grant refusal notification for 2023/2024
For ASA beneficiaries : the definitive notification for 2023/2024
For non-grant holder students benefiting from the CROUS « meals for €1 » plan : the notification of the allocation of « meals for €1 » plan
Applications should be submitted via the current form. They are reviewed by advisory committees while maintaining the anonymity of the applicant. Applications must be complete in order to be processed. For any issues, please contact passnumerique@univ-nantes.fr

Conditions* :
- Be a student at Nantes Université in a Bachelors or Masters degree (L1 to M2) or a trainee of the SUL or students in apprenticeship
- Not have benefited from the Pass Numérique for the same academic program
- Have lodgings in the name of the student (i.e., not be accommodated by parents or a third party)
- Be a grant holder in 2023/2024 OR be a former grant holder (2022/2023) OR be a beneficiary of the ASA (Aide Spécifique Annuelle) OR be a beneficiary of the CROUS « meals for €1 » plan.
Mandatory supporting documents :
- The lease OR a rent receipt OR a CAF housing allowance certificate in the name of the student, less than 3 months old (you must have your own lodgings, i.e., not be accommodated by your parents or a third party)
- The 2023/2024 Nantes Université attendance certificate
- A bank statement (RIB) in the name of the student
- A purchase invoice or a quotation in the name of the student made from June 1, 2023, at the earliest
