Nantes Université continues its commitment through the Pass Numérique scheme, helping students access the digital tools, software and online platforms required to study and work remotely using the University’s digital infrastructure.

Important: Payment of this financial assistance may take several weeks or even several months after you receive your award notification. Please take this processing time into account when submitting your application.

In a context of inequalities in access to digital equipment, Nantes Université supports students facing financial difficulties. The Pass Numérique scheme is open to students enrolled at Nantes Université or at one of the member institutions of the Établissement Public Expérimental (EPE) (ENSA Nantes, Centrale Nantes, École des Beaux-Arts de Nantes Saint-Nazaire and DIF CHU). Eligible students may receive, €300 for grant holders (from level 0bis onwards) or recipients of the ASAA (Aide Spécifique Annuelle), €200 for non-grant holders who meet the eligibility criteria.

Funding is allocated within the limits of the annual budget dedicated to the scheme. The scheme is open from September to mid-December, and again from January to June.
The Pass Numérique grant can only be awarded once per degree programme.

Who can apply?

The Pass Numérique scheme is open to students enrolled:

  • at Nantes Université (initial training programmes from Bachelor’s to Master’s level, apprenticeships/work-study programmes, or SUL trainees);
  • or at one of the following EPE member institutions:

    • Centrale Nantes
    • École des Beaux-Arts de Nantes Saint-Nazaire
    • CHU de Nantes Training Institute (DIF)

Students from EPE member institutions (DIF CHU, Ecole Centrale, ENSA  and ESBAN) : dedicated budget

A dedicated budget of €20,000 is allocated to students enrolled at EPE partner institutions
