You are registered in the Graduate School 3MG and have a mobility project before December 31, 2026?
The 3MG PhD mobility grants can help you to fund different types of stays:
- Training schools (summer/winter schools...) in France or abroad, from 4 to 10 days
- Scientific stays in a laboratory or a company abroad, from 10 days to 6 months
Stay costs are based on the number of days spent at the host organization:
- Up to the 14th day of mobility: €79/day
- From the 15th to the 30th day of mobility: €56/day
- From the 31st day of mobility: €25/day
The following supplements are also offered:
- Travel costs on the basis of a fixed rate, with a supplement for green travel
- Inclusion support for students with fewer opportunities
- Applications will be reviewed on the basis of the motivation of the PhD student and the relevance of the mobility for the doctoral project and/or for the career development.
- Travel to the partner laboratory is not eligible for a thesis in co-supervision.
- A co-funding from the home research unit or the host organization is recommended, but not mandatory.
- Depending on the budget available and the co-funding obtained, the committee will decide if the PhD student is eligible for the mobility grant, to the maximum or for a partial amount.
Applications must include the following items:
- For training schools: short description and link
- For scientific stays: invitation letter of the host university, research organization or company
- Estimated budget (download model)
