University fees: how to pay your registration
To complete your administrative registration at Nantes Université and access all your services (certificate of enrolment, timetable, course registration, intranet), you need to pay your university fees.
Important: before paying your fees, you must first pay the CVEC (Student Life and Campus Contribution) or get your exemption certificate.
Pay online by card (recommended)
The easiest option is to pay online through our secure platform. This is the fastest way to complete your registration straight away, without needing to visit us in person.
If you pay online, you can also spread the cost over several payments.
- How to do it: log in to the registration platform (for new students) or to your webservices account.
- If your registration can be done online: complete it and pay online.
- If your registration must be done in person: ask your registration office (scolarité) to set up an online payment, then pay.
- Payment options: pay the full amount, or split it into 3 instalments at no extra cost.
- Important condition: to pay in 3 instalments, check that your card doesn't expire within 3 months of your first payment. If it does, contact the accounts office (agence comptable) to arrange the payments that can't otherwise go through.
Other ways to pay
If you can't use the online platform, you have other options:
- Condition: you must pay the full amount in one go.
- Tip: check your bank's spending limit before you come.
If you have a bank account in the SEPA area
You can also pay in 3 instalments at your registration office, paying the first third by card. The accounts office will then email you a schedule showing the 2nd and 3rd payment dates, along with a SEPA direct debit mandate. To set up the instalment plan, you must send the completed and signed SEPA mandate, along with a bank statement (RIB) for an account based in the SEPA area, by email to the accounts office.
- Condition: you must pay the full amount in one go.
- Tip: check your account balance before paying.
